This is an old specimen from the collection of Dan Knowles AKA Golden Minerals, Golden Colorado.
This is a Smokey Black Quartz with a touch of Feldspar or Microline at the bottom of the crystal. I still have the original tag that came with this crystal. This is mounted with easily removable Mineral Mount.
This crystal is approximately 38mm in length x 17mm x 20mm and would make an excellent display mineral for your collection.
